This request requires talking to Oats with the Howdy hat and the Starry Tee equipped. The former can be found in Chapter 1 while the latter is found in Chapter 2, completing this request will grant the clothing item Line Shades.
==== 4th: The Full Moon ====
The clothing items required for this request are the "Half-Moons" and the "Moon Tee", the Moon Tee can be obtained in Chapter 2, while the Half-Moons only being obtainable after completion of Chapter 2. By talking to Oats with these clothes will reward the player with the item "Big Shades."
