Oats is a minor character who resides in Luncheon. He can be found inside and outside the Cafe. When you talk to him, he gives you a quest to show him a clothing combination.

Oats's requests.

1st: A Beanie and a Pocket Jacket

To complete this one, it is needed to talk to Oats while wearing a beanie and a pocket jacket. Both of them can be found in Chapter 1, and completing this request will earn the player the clothing item Shades.

2nd: The sun over the flowers

To complete this request, you need to talk to Oats while wearing a Sunhat and a Flower Dress. Both the Sunhat and the Flower Dress can be found in Chapter 1, and completing this request will provide the player with the item Tinted Glasses.

3rd: A Howdy with the Stars

This request requires talking to Oats with the Howdy hat and the Starry Tee equipped. The former can be found in Chapter 1 while the latter is found in Chapter 2, completing this request will grant the clothing item Line Shades.

4th: The Full Moon

The clothing items required for this request are the "Half-Moons" and the "Moon Tee", the Moon Tee can be obtained in Chapter 2, while the Half-Moons only being obtainable in Chapter 3 and beyond. By talking to Oats with these clothes will reward the player with the item "Big Shades."

5th: Clown College

This request involves the clothing items "Clown", which can be found in Chapter 3 and "College", which can be found in Chapter 4. Talking to Oats with these clothes will award the player Rim Shades.
