Nibble Tunnel is a cave accessible a screen north of Basil's house since the start of the game, but only traversable after completing the first Chapter. The tunnel connects the towns of Luncheon, Potluck and Dinners, although the last one also involves traversing through Brew Path, which can only be accessed after completing Chapter 3.
Turnip rescue:
Two screens to the left of Potluck's entrance, you can find Turnip lost in the dark. Rescuing him will lead you to receiving a clothing item.
