Spoons Island is a location in the far south-west of Picnic. As its own seperate island, it connects directly only to The Big Drink. One of the Wielder Trials is completed on Spoons Island.

The island is remote and features no residents that Pizza can interact with. The only character known to at one point live on Spoons Island is Prunus’s wife.
